Are you struggling to connect the youth you work with to career and educational pathways?  Are you curious about what other options exist for young people?  This webinar will offer a high-level overview of progressive post-secondary pathways in high demand fields.  

Progressive pathways allow individuals to alternate between and combine periods of education/training and employment, and thereby progressively build toward college and career success over an extended period of time.  This 1.5 hour webinar will introduce you to Apprenticeships, Job Training programs, Service Year programs, Military pathways and affordable college options.

Registered attendees will receive a recording following the session. CJC webinars focus on the presentation of information, with limited polls and on-mic engagement from participants.

After this webinar, participants will be able to:

• Utilize information and tools about multiple post secondary pathway options (i.e. apprenticeships, college, job training, military, service/gap year) to coach youth on multiple pathway options

• Use research on the future of work and labor market information to inform your coaching conversations with youth

• Identify local pathway opportunities for young people
