Our Latest WPC Capstone Projects
Every year as part of the Workforce Professionals Credential (WPC), the cohort members consult on selected workforce development challenges faced by community-based organizations in the Chicagoland area. Through small teams of 4-5 individuals, the cohort is tasked with helping their chosen organization tackle a specific workforce challenge by developing recommendations and/or collecting resources to address the challenge.
While the recommendations are tailored to specific organizations, we have found the general findings are applicable to the entire field and we have created this repository for others to be able to benefit from the past cohorts’ work. Below are descriptions and resources for the Capstone projects that have been completed to date.
