Through this training, demystify what the workforce development system actually is: who’s involved, how it operates, the program models used, how it’s funded and what its relationship with other social services looks like.
This 1.5 hour webinar is a great introduction to the workforce development system for program staff, interns or volunteers who are new to working in workforce development. Registered attendees will receive a recording following the sessions. CJC webinars focus on the presentation of information, with limited polls and on-mic engagement from participants.
