As a follow-up to our Career Readiness Curriculum information session, join us for an interactive Train-the Trainer session designed to equip workforce development professionals and career coaches with the skills to effectively teach The Career Planning Process. 

In this hands-on training session, you will learn how to:

• Guide participants through self-reflection and career goal-setting.

• Facilitate engaging activities that help job seekers map out their career paths.

• Address barriers such as short-term job focus, scarcity mindset, and legal challenges.

• Use coaching techniques to spark motivation and long-term career planning.
