Reflecting on Membership Growth and Engagement

In Quarter 2, we launched a Membership Committee to focus on how we nurture and support our members. As a result, we’ve implemented more intentional strategies to improve the onboarding experience for new members.

Additionally, we introduced new benefits like the Member Spotlight, which highlights the incredible work being done by organizations in our community. This initiative helps us stay connected with the impactful efforts of our partners and provides valuable insights for nominating the next Betty Willhoite Award recipient at our Annual Meeting.

Our ultimate goal is to cultivate a strong, engaged membership community that informs our workforce development priorities and shapes our advocacy agenda.

Interested in learning more about membership? Visit our website or contact Cheryl Hester at cheryl@cjc.net to schedule a meeting. This is just the beginning—we’re excited to continue enhancing the CJC membership experience and expanding our reach as a collective force for change!
