This role calls for a person with a multi-dimensional skillset as well as an entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning resources and collaborating with RI’s strategic partners to position the Pathway Partnership and The Academy, and our vocational technical training program for success. You will work directly with RI’s Design Team and will receive meaningful support, training, and mentorship in this role. A newly created position, the Vice President of Impact (VP) is a dynamic leader, institutional innovator and key member of the senior executive team. This position is charged with overseeing program impact on all members of the PODER community and PODER’s collective programming efforts which consist of Integrated English and Workforce Development (IE + WFD) as well as Immigrant Integration Support Services. IE/WFD consists of a four-phase career pathway. The VP will lead a team that includes two direct reports, the Immigrant Integration Manager and IE + WFD Manager.
