Applications are now being accepted for CJC’s 2017 Success Drivers Learning Cohort! If you are interested in learning about new workforce best practices, thinking critically about your organization’s effectiveness and sharing ideas as part of a select cohort, then this is the opportunity for you.
Developed by the national Workforce Benchmarking Network, the “Success Drivers” framework is a comprehensive set of strategies curated from nationally-recognized, high-performing workforce organizations. Over five monthly sessions from February to June this tool will be used to help you tackle topics related to engaging employers, developing a qualified pool of candidates and remaining an adaptive organization. As a member of the cohort you will have the opportunity to engage with peers about this set of best practices, learn from content experts and participate in a number of activities designed to promote self-reflection and action planning.
We invite your organization to submit an application for the 2017 Success Drivers Learning Cohort. Twenty practitioners from ten different workforce organizations in the Chicagoland area will be selected. Applications will be accepted until January 3rd, 2017.
More information is on the application; click below to learn more. If you have any additional questions please email Kaitlyn McGovern for assistance.
“I loved taking time to think every month about strategic ways our organization can improve. It’s normally easy to push those big-picture issues aside, so having the commitment to be somewhere and spend time thinking was so important and valuable.”
