Through this full-day course, you will learn about key techniques, both personal and professional, for improving your facilitation skills. And, we will engage in various interactive activities and discussion to help you enhance your facilitation technique.

- Cultivating the necessary personal and professional characteristics to be an effective group facilitator
- Developing self-awareness and caring as a facilitator
- Providing clear direction and structure to your group
This course is for job readiness trainers and other group facilitators.
