Kaitlyn joined CJC in October 2014 as an intern for CJC’s Frontline Focus Training Institute (FFTI). In 2015, she was hired to stay on as a Program Associate. In this role, Kaitlyn contributes to FFTI’s capacity building efforts for job developers by creating and facilitating professional development trainings, running our Frontline Workforce Association (FWA) bi-monthly customized events, and exploring new ways to support the workforce development field.
Kaitlyn is originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan (outside of Detroit). She has recently graduated from the University of Chicago with her Master’s degree in Social Service Administration, where she concentrated her coursework on poverty and inequality studies as well as non-profit management. Kaitlyn also has a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Economics and Community Action and Social Change.
